When my apartment flooded, the maintenance crew were so nice and worked as quickly as possible to resolve the issue! They were so helpful and made sure to maintain clear communication on how my apartment was being worked on and when it would be done by. They even replaced our towels that got ruined in the flood, and helped us move some furniture to a temporary place until the new floors were put in. The workers were friendly and the manager, Victor, was always great at answering my questions. We are very grateful for all the work they did!

They agreed to redo our flooring and were easy to set up a day/time with after quoting us a very fair price!!! They arrived on time, installed the LVP flooring correctly, and left everything cleaned up and as it should be. I highly recommend Georgia Legacy Maintenance!!
